Around the camp & the park
Our camp with it’s private entrance is separated from the public areas and surrounded by upland forest and a large lake. There is an outdoor, lakeside classroom. We have a large dining and Rec hall where we will spend a lot of time hanging out inside talking or on the front porch. There is plenty of room to set up your hammock outside. Just a short walk down the hill from he parking lot is the large, well equipped presentation hall with its own bathrooms, water fountain, projector, outside deck, and parking.
The park has a unique diversity of terrain and wildlife. The upland forest is noteworthy, teaming with hawks, deer and many other inhabitants. The waterways provide a unique way to view this area, difficult to access from outside the park. Additionally, there are 15 miles of biking trails. A great way to take a break from the festivities.
